Referencing concepts that form the foundation for the hotel’s interior design, The Dream of Istanbul, Canvas assembled a collection of works that enhances various themes related to the Byzantine Era, precious gems, iconic Turkish architectural landmarks, and the rich cultural history of Istanbul itself. Supporting our philosophy of creating a sense of place for every project, Canvas liaised with the local arts community to imbue the collection with familiar and recognizable subject matter and artistic techniques unique to the Turkish culture.
